Shipping Method, Cost and Time

1) Where We Ship
We currently ship only to the countries/regions below:
- Asia: Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore
- Europe: Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway
- North America: United States, Canada
- Oceania: Australia
If your country is not listed, checkout will show “No shipping methods available.
2) Shipping Fees & Taxes
- Shipping fee: Standard delivery is free to all destinations listed above.
- Duties/Taxes: We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or equivalent basis whenever possible. In most cases, no additional import duties or taxes are due upon delivery in the countries/regions listed.
- Rare surcharges for remote areas or sudden customs policy changes may occur. If that happens, we will contact you for confirmation before dispatch.
If you ever switch to DAP (duties paid by customer), replace the paragraph above with:
“We ship on a DAP basis; the order price excludes import duties/taxes. Any such charges are payable by the recipient
3) Handling & Transit Times
- Order handling: Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 business days after payment (weekends/holidays excluded).
- Standard delivery times (free):
- Asia (JP/HK/SG): approx. 5–9 business days
- Europe / North America / Oceania: approx. 7–14 business days
- Peak seasons/force majeure: Promotions, public holidays, severe
4) Carriers & Tracking
- We select the optimal network for your destination and schedule (e.g., DHL/UPS/FedEx
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email. You can also track in My Orders.
- If tracking does not update within 72 hours, email us at info@watchtrio.com and we’ll investigate.
5) Address & Delivery
- Please provide a complete and accurate address and phone/email. If you need to change the address, contact us before we ship.
- Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses may be unavailable—please provide a physical delivery address.
- Refused/undeliverable/incorrect addresses may incur return or re-delivery charges which are the buyer’s responsibility.
6) Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If the outer carton is visibly damaged at delivery, photograph the package and keep all packing materials. You may refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
- For lost or damaged shipments, once confirmed by the carrier we will resend or refund. Investigation usually takes 7–10 business days.
7) Partial Shipments
To speed up delivery, multi-item orders may be split into multiple parcels with separate tracking numbers.
