You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order.
3. Account & Information
You may create an account to streamline checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.
4. Products, Pricing & Availability
We strive to display product information (descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing) accurately. However, slight variations in color/finish may occur due to lighting and display differences.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes/duties may apply depending on your destination—see our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, or discontinue items without prior notice.
5. Orders & Payment
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, out-of-stock, incorrect price). If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have paid for the cancelled portion.

Estimated delivery times (e.g., 7–14 business days) are provided for reference and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided when available.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Our return window, eligibility requirements and RMA process are provided in the Refund and Return Policy. Please obtain an RMA before sending items back. Products must meet the stated return conditions (e.g., unused, in original packaging). Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated in our policies, the recipient is responsible for such charges.
9. Warranty
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, products are provided “as described”. Any applicable limited warranty for manufacturing defects will be stated on the product page or in your order documents. 17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong with exclusive jurisdiction.
