Refund and Return Policy

  1. Return Window
    You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery scan).
  2. Return Conditions
    To protect all customers and enable resale, returns must meet all of the following:
  • Item is brand new, unworn/unused, with no scratches, wear, or damage;
  • All original packaging and accessories (watch box, films/tags, manuals, freebies) are included;
  • A valid order number/receipt is provided;
  • The item is not listed under “Non-returnable” below.

Items with wear, missing parts, contamination, modification (e.g., resized bracelet), or damage may be rejected or subject to a refurbishment/restocking fee.

  1. Non-returnable Items
  • Products with obvious signs of use or accidental damage;
  • Personalized/engraved items, or bracelets that have been resized;
  • Clearance or items marked “Final Sale”;
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  1. Who Pays Return Shipping?
  • Our fault (defective/incorrect item or transport damage): we cover the return/exchange shipping cost.
  • Change of mind (don’t like it/size mismatch/style): return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a trackable service and pack securely. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
  1. How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
  • Within 30 days of delivery, email info@watchtrio.com with the subject “Return + Order #”.
  • Briefly explain the reason and attach photos/videos (mandatory for defects/damage).
  • After approval, we’ll issue your RMA number and provide the return address.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the parcel and ship within 7 calendar days.
  • Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund/exchange within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns without RMA or sent to the wrong address may be refused.

  1. Refunds
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., card/PayPal).
  • Posting time depends on your bank/payment provider.
  • Coupons/discounts used will not be re-issued.
  • For full order returns, the original shipping fee is handled according to local law (we currently offer free shipping, so nothing is deducted).
  • Duties/taxes/customs surcharges—if incurred and not refundable by third parties—are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault.

👉 We will always try to process refunds as quickly as possible.
👉 If required by local law (e.g., EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights which will not be affected by this policy.

  1. Exchanges
    We support exchanges for the same model (e.g., different color/strap). To ensure availability, we recommend Return & Re-order (fast refund upon inspection, then place a new order).
  2. Order Cancellations
  • Before shipment: cancel within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After shipment: the order cannot be canceled. If you no longer want it, please follow the return process after delivery.
